Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

We now require a card on file for all service appointments. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a cancelation fee.

Your appointment slot is reserved especially for you. No-shows or last minute cancellations are missed opportunities for us to provide services for clients on our waiting list. If deposit is paid for a service and you "No Show" or cancel last minute, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. 

 

Confirmation texts/emails are sent 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation text/email, your appointment will be considered a no-show/last minute cancellation and you will be charged a no-show fee/last minute cancellation fee.

 

Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated. Due to the demand for appointments, late arrivals 5 minutes past allotted appointment time will be marked as a no-show and will be asked to reschedule. In some cases, appointments will be marked as a no show after 5 minutes of their allotted appointment time. 

 

A maximum of 3 No-shows or last minute cancellations will be tolerated. In the case that the maximum is reached, we will no longer be able to accommodate your future service requests. 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. 

 

 

*For Makeup Application or Classes, a deposit is required. After requesting an appointment, you can submit deposit on our website www.glampowderroom.com/online-store. The deposit will be credited towards services rendered.  However, cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to pay deposit by due date (typically due the same day invoice is sent) will result in appointment request denial or cancellation. The time slot will then be made available for clients on our waitlist. Late arrivals (10 minutes after appointment time) you will be marked as a no show which will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Full amount of service will be due at checkout. 

Deals, Promotions, Coupons:

Deals cannot be combined with any other deals, coupons, yelp, groupon, happy hour, new client deals, or promotion for any reason. When using a yelp or groupon voucher, groupon or yelp voucher will be required at the time of booking, and will be marked as redeemed. Last minute cancellations (24 hours prior) or no-shows will not be refunded. Please keep in mind when purchasing 3rd party deals, they will only be honored for first time clients. These deals are valid only with select staff. Current deals only valid with Aurora.
